How we order companies in the directory
Every company is ordered by the same criteria, published on this page. Nobody can pay for a higher place — except the "Featured" row, which is clearly labelled as a plan benefit
Steps
- Only companies matching the search words and filters (category, province, verified legal entity) are listed
- On category pages and the directory filtered by a category: companies featured in that category take the top row, up to 3; when more chose it they take turns daily (at midnight Thai time) so each gets the same number of days, and they are not repeated in the list below
- With search words: companies whose name matches come first, then those with a matching service name, then other matches
- Within each group, by the score below (highest first); on a tie, the most recently updated company first

The featured row
Featured categories are a plan benefit (Free 0 · Enterprise 1 · Ultimate 3 categories). Companies choose categories where they have a published service. The row is always labelled "Featured" and is ordered by the same score
Where reviews come from
Only companies that won real work through a quote request may review, within 180 days after it was won, in their company's name. The reviewed company may reply once, and anyone can report a review for the platform team to check
